- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Lester is an amazing veterinarian. However I am sorely disappointed in the rest of his staff and Veterinarians that he has had employed at his office especially since the exit of Dr. Malone. Every time I have brought my pets over the past few years the front desk staff can't remember their names while a chart is in front of them. Vet techs and Doctors that have replaced Dr. Malone have missed things in both my pets on every visit. Even when I request for my pet to be seen specifically and only by Dr. Lester they are scheduled with a different, inexperienced Doctor. This is extremely disappointing because Dr. Lester is truly a caring Vet, passionate about his work and takes the time to figure out the problem. However, his passion, energy and experience is seriously lacking in all other areas of his practice in Ashland forcing me to search for another Veterinarian with Dr. Lesters same passion and expertise.June 01, 2017by Surviving The Dark
